After the drawings and design specification details are defined and the first payment has been made we begin construction. We understand that this is your home, so we take the utmost care in keeping things as orderly as possible thought out the build, and cause as little disruption as possible. We regularly involve you during the construction process to ensure that everything is completed exactly the way you and our designers want it.

Contact us today and we’ll coordinate a time to meet with you for an in-depth consultation. We’ll bring a team made up of a designer, contractor and estimator. We then get to work and craft out the scope of the project for the next two weeks. Once it’s ready, we’ll meet with you to discuss a soft quote that is based on what you are looking to do, budget, the accessibility of your house and more. We’ll capture your wishlist, make cost estimates, provide a variety of differ options and a project plan. We walk you through every detail to make sure everything is easy to understand and in line with our vision.
